Returns & Exchanges

If you have a query or wish to exchange or return an item, please email me at infoemeleven@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please choose your jewellery carefully; each piece is made to order and to your specifications, so please do your research before purchasing. I cannot offer an exchange if the item has been worn.



I am happy to exchange your jewellery if a different size is required (please note this can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete as I will be re-making your item) or for an item of the same value providing the jewellery is returned to me in the condition in which it was sold to you; I withhold the right not to re-size or exchange your jewellery if this is not the case.

I offer repairs on manufacturing faults within the first 6 months of purchase free of charge; this service does not cover general wear and tear, damage, or broken chains. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.

Please note that for returns, exchanges and repairs, I ask that the customer takes responsibility for any shipping fees and handling of their returned item(s).
